I heard from the Rumor Mill...

That's right, I'm blogging about the rumors I hear. But they are from a good source. Ladies and gentlemen, it's time to quit your day job and become a professional cornholer. First, let me begin by saying, the best cornhole player in the world is now human again. He lost for the first time in YEARS. Also, there are talks in air that could bring on more sponsors to the sport we love. They are not the Hudy Delight's we see only on the shelves around here. They are national and BIG. So stop answering your phones, typing on your key boards, and get to practicing. Jack Stagge won $2,600 in one day. That is a months salary to a lot of folks playing this sport. So could it really be done? Actually, YES!! The thought of it is crazy and you have to be good. But if you are consistently a winner, you can do it. I would have done it, but I lost that good factor that seems to keep me out of first place in the small tournaments and a spectator in the big ones. Lastly, I want to thank the guys from ACO for taking it to this level. It is becoming so much less of a fad, and so much more of a sport.
