The Greatest Display of Cornhole Ability
Most Cornhole professionals have done something that they are very proud of. For some, beating the player they look up to most, that has maximized their ability. In this bl0g, THAT"S NOT WHAT I'M WRITING ABOUT. The Greatest Display of Cornhole Ability in a game is what I'm dedicating this blog to. I threw a singles and doubles tourney at the Cheviot Sports Tavern at the end of last year. The finals match was Joe Reed vs. Matt Guy. I watched Joe throw over 30 bags in a row against the King of Cornhole. My best is a hot 27, so any one who tops that gets major props SON. My boy put 'em down on Matt. Too bad he only scored 4 points over that stretch. Matt made an incredible 50 of 52 to win the game, only missing 2 bags the whole match. I've watched players match each other making 10-20. I've even matched Randy Atha making 16-20 bags multiple times and Josh Breide 16 in a row in doubles. All of these games would be considered really good, but none have compared to the Greatest Display of Cornhole Ability that I've ever seen. If you've seen something that tops this, email me, bagsmcbaggerson@yahoo.com and tell me all about it. I will post your stories in the the writers blog at the end of the month. Also, Friday I will list a set of links of some places to throw Cornhole this weekend. And as always, Keep on Cornholin'.
